ERPO Sistemi d.o.o. is a company for the development and sale of mobile applications.

We collect personal data that users enter into our applications only for the needs of the operation of an individual application and to inform users of the application about updates and novelties in the application.

We apply this policy to all applications developed in our company that contain processes of data collection, storage, processing or transfer.

In countries where there are different privacy and data protection laws, we will comply with these laws if they comply with internationally recognized privacy principles and fair information practices.

ERPO Sistemi is committed to the protection, confidentiality, integrity and availability of information collected, stored and transmitted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and international good practice, and fulfills its legal requirements and contractual obligations.

For each application separately in the company, we can explain why we need personal data and why we only request personal data that we need in the application.

At ERPO Sistemi, we allow every user to request access to their personal data stored with us, and we allow them to complain if they believe their data has been stored incorrectly. We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. The company has taken measures to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals whose personal data can be transferred to countries with different data protection laws.

ERPO Sistemi will review this Global Policy Statement annually to reflect new legal and regulatory developments and to ensure good practice.
